" I have found myself more confident in both talking about coffee, as well as being a leader behind the espresso machine, and for that …I am super grateful! I assure you that I will speak highly of the academy, and look forward to referring any friends who are looking to grow their coffee skills and knowledge. "

" The Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy exuded professionalism and passion. This was highly beneficial and created an enjoyable training environment which in turn resulted in our team feeling fully engaged and enjoying what they were learning. We have seen great outcomes since, with our improved knowledge and skills resulting in better quality beverages. I would definitely recommend the Canadian barista academy to other hospitality businesses."Emma Woodward

"Our training with Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy was fantastic. We had some previous knowledge about coffee, but our team learned so much more after 4 jam-packed days with our trainer, Les. This includes industry specific business skills, vision planning, full barista training and certification, industry contacts, equipment purchasing and more! He is clearly passionate about coffee and continues to be a great resource for our cafe. I would highly recommend anyone who is opening or purchasing an existing cafe to take this program. [ The full four day package which consists of: Opening a Coffee Business, Bean to Cup, Barista Level 1, 2 and 3 ] "

Wood N Frog Coffee Company Barista Training Review October 25, 2012 13:34
" When my partner and I decided that we would open a roastery cafe, the first thing we did (after attending the Canadian Coffee and Tea Show, and the Specialty Coffee Association conference in Portland) was to sign up for level I and II Barista Training at the Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy. It was one of the best things we ever did in our coffee education. In fact, the training was so thorough that when we opened the cafe, we brought in the Academy trainers to train all of our newly hired baristas and work with us in developing our roasting techniques as well. It may seem like a big price tag for training, but we believe it's the best in the business, and money very well spent! "
